Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Salford Quays – up to £40,000\n

\n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Salford Quays and Trafford (time will be split between the 2 sites). He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.\n
\n
\n The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.\n

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 16:30

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
\n
• Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment
\n
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
\n
• Lighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittings
\n
• Emergency lighting testing and repairs
\n
• Small power and socket repairs
\n
• Basic BMS monitoring
\n
• Carry out electrical checks and inspections
\n
• General building fabric duties
\n
• Escort specialist subcontractors
\n
• Assist with other general building maintenance duties as required
\n

Requirements\n
\n
\n

\n
• Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above (Essential)
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
