Part-Time Damp & Mould Surveyor

Part-Time Damp and Mould Surveyor Sleaford 2 - 3 months £35 Umbrella 22.5 hours per week We are currently working on behalf of a local authority in North Kesteven, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis. Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: * Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date * Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity * Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams * Manage day to day workload * Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: * Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould and HHSRS * Driving licence and access to a vehicle To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Connor Lamb - Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Woods on 01509 276158 or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
