Planned Preventative Maintenance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PPM Manager to join an established property services and maintenance contractor based in Portsmouth. This is not an opportunity to simply inherit and manage an existing contract. The successful PPM Manager will play a key role in developing and building a dedicated Planned Preventative Maintenance division, with the backing of an established business, existing PPM contracts and significant investment being made to generate new opportunities. The company has been operating for more than 45 years and employs around 80 directly employed staff, supported by an established supply chain. They deliver more than 1,000 orders each month across housing, healthcare, education, retail, commercial and charity sector environments. The business already delivers planned maintenance services, including PPM across a portfolio of medical centres and a long-term commercial PPM contract. They are now looking for an experienced individual who can help develop PPM into a dedicated and growing division. PPM Manager – The Role This is a varied position combining business development, surveying, pricing, mobilisation and ongoing contract management.
