Teaching Assistant – Haywards Heath Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Working Pattern: 36 hours per week | Term Time Only Pay Rate: £85 – £105 per day, depending on experience About the Role Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in the Haywards Heath area. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs and wants to play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to provide individual and small-group support, helping pupils engage with their learning while also supporting their social, emotional and behavioural development.
