This role will focus on providing group support to adult survivors of domestic abuse, helping people build confidence, develop coping strategies and move forward following their experiences. About the role - Group Facilitator You will: Plan and lead psycho-educational and pre-therapy groups. Run post-counselling and drop-in support groups, both in person and online. Carry out assessments for people referred to the groups. Plan activities and consider any risks involved. Train and support a small number of volunteer group facilitators.
