Systems & Integration Developer - Portsmouth (Hybrid) - c£70K

A growing UK business is looking to appoint a hands-on Systems & Integration Developer to take ownership of its core business systems, reporting and critical API integrations.

\n

\n

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI experience who also has a solid understanding of APIs, integrations and coding. You'll initially work closely with the existing environment to ensure a smooth handover, before taking ownership of the systems and driving ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Take ownership of the company's core business systems, integrations and reporting
\n
• Maintain, develop and troubleshoot business-critical APIs and third-party integrations
\n
• Support and develop solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI
\n
• Investigate and resolve system, data and integration issues
\n
• Review, test and troubleshoot integration code and AI-generated solutions
\n
• Improve reporting, automation and internal business processes
\n
• Provide hands-on user support across the business
\n
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify practical technology improvements
\n

Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• Strong experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI
\n
• Proven experience working with APIs, integrations and connected business systems
\n
• Good coding experience in Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL or similar
\n
• Ability to understand, review, test and troubleshoot existing code
\n
• Strong understanding of data flows, system architecture and business processes
\n
• Experience troubleshooting complex system and integration issues
\n
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role with a high level of ownership
