Security Duty Manager

A great opportunity to work as a Security Duty Manager for G4S, you will lead, co-ordinate and manage the provision of the site security service at the client's site to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all staff and visitors. The rate of pay is £16.50 per hour. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days and nights between the hours of 06:00 - 18:00/18:00 - 06:00 Candidates must hold a Security licence and a full UK driving licence. Key Performance Indicators - Ensuring all required shifts are covered. - 100% compliance with documentation & audit standards. - Completion/Coordination of direct reports' training. - Management of Staff Welfare. - Incident Management Response and Closure. - H&S Reporting.
