Head of FM & Property Services Our client is a large and complex organisation responsible for managing a significant property portfolio and delivering facilities management services across a diverse estate. Due to continued investment and a focus on operational excellence, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of FM & Property Services to lead the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services, property management activities and customer-focused operational support functions.This is a high-profile leadership role, responsible for ensuring that buildings, infrastructure and support services remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for purpose whilst supporting wider organisational objectives. Your new role As Head of FM & Property Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Facilities Management, Property Services and Customer Support functions. Reporting into the senior Estates leadership team, you will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for FM operations, helpdesk services, contractor management and property management activities across a large and varied estate.
