Lee, SE12 | £40,000 Basic + Commission | £42,000 OTE + Car Allowance An established, successful and independent multi-office estate agency and property management company is looking for an experienced Head of Property Management to join its busy Property Management Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a small team while continuing to manage their own portfolio. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of rental properties, while overseeing and supporting a small team of Property Managers. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, delegate tasks appropriately, prioritise urgent issues and ensure that the department consistently delivers a high level of service.
