Warehouse team leader role

Role – Warehouse Team Leader Location – Close to Thetford, Norfolk Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time Salary – Up to £34,000 per annum Capacity of role – Permanent position Our client is currently seeking a warehouse team leader to support their busy operation. Applicants will have worked in a similar position previously and will hold an in date forklift licence Main duties will include –  To lead, train, motivate and ensure all staffing adhere and follow agreed schedules.  Ensuring all health and safety regulations are upheld and met whilst on shift  Taking responsibility for all stock levels and ensuring adequate parts are available for production schedules  Supervising and monitoring performance of staffing levels and productivity  Documenting and reporting and problematic areas to management,  Driving continuous improvement initiatives whilst on shift. Candidate Attributes –  Solid warehouse experience ideally at a team leader or supervisory levels  Familiar with inbound and outbound experience to efficiently leading a team  2 – 3 years forklift experience – ideally counterbalance and reach  Excellent communication and IT skills  Driving licence is required due to the location of the premises Please apply for this role with a CV to Gemma at (url removed...
