Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30am - 3:30pm

The Role\n

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the catering team at a well-established private school in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food and enjoys working in a professional kitchen with a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals to a high standard
\n
• Manage your designated kitchen section effectively
\n
• Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily kitchen operations
\n
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures
\n
• Assist with stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation
\n
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef looking to progress
\n
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
\n
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
\n
• A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
\n
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
\n
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
\n
