HR Generalist with Strong Employee Relations Experience Location: Grays, Essex Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 Contract: 3 Months Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Are you an Employee Relations specialist who thrives on complex casework and influencing managers through challenging people matters? Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy HR team on an interim basis, providing dedicated Employee Relations support during a period of high activity. This role is heavily focused on managing complex ER cases from start to finish and would suit someone with strong experience working within a unionised environment. If you are confident handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance concerns, investigations and Trade Union consultations, we would love to hear from you. The Role Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will act as the go to Employee Relations expert, delivering practical and commercially focused advice across a wide range of people matters. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly build credibility, confidently manage complex and sensitive casework, and work collaboratively with managers, employees and Trade Union representatives.
