\n An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Wellingborough. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a HVAC Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.\n
\n

\n Hours of work\n
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday
\n
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
\n
• £30.73 per hour via Umbrella
\n
• Contract type: temp to perm
\n

\n Key duties & Responsibilities\n

\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
\n
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, bearings, seals and compressors.
\n
• Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning.
\n
• Carry out basic chiller resets and fault finding.
\n
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and identify any plant issues.
\n
• Ensure all maintenance records and logbooks are accurately completed.
\n
• Escort specialist subcontractors when required.
\n
• Provide technical support and assist fellow engineers across the portfolio.
\n
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
\n
• City & Guilds 2079-11 (Category I F-Gas and ODS Regulations
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
