You’ll be at the heart of the action—ensuring games run smoothly, fairly, and with brilliant customer experience at every stage. *💼 Key Responsibilities* In this fast-paced and varied role, you will : * Officiate multiple league games each shift to a high and consistent standard * Ensure fair play and a professional delivery of all matches * Provide exceptional, customer-first support—ensuring players leave the pitch having had a world-class experience * Manage equipment (bibs, balls, cones) and minimise stock loss * Handle general customer questions and match-day queries * Build rapport with teams to encourage long-term loyalty * Check the pitch and playing surface to ensure it meets health & safety requirements * Deliver basic first aid when needed and follow correct incident-reporting procedures * Accurately record and report match scores *✔️ Requirements* *Essential* * A genuine passion for people and providing top-quality service * Experience in a customer-facing role with proven customer service skills *Desirable* * First aid training * DBS check * WFA qualification If you're passionate about football, great with people, and love the buzz of match nights, we’d love to hear from you!
