Leaders in Care is recruiting an ambitious, values-led Ofsted Registered Manager for a growing children’s residential care provider expanding across North London. This is more than a Registered Manager post. You’ll have a genuine opportunity to help develop new services from the ground up, build an outstanding team and create a home where children feel safe, valued and able to thrive. You’ll support children and young people aged 7–17 who have experienced loss, instability or trauma. Using a trauma-informed, PACE-based approach, you’ll help them rebuild trust, confidence and hope—while leading a service that delivers excellent care and strong Ofsted outcomes.
