Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting SEND and SEMH Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming mainstream and specialist schools throughout Erdington. We have opportunities available for experienced Teaching Assistants, as well as individuals with relevant transferable experience who are looking to develop their careers within education and SEND. You will play an important role in supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASC/ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, learning difficulties and complex needs. The Role As a SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant, you may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or within the classroom, depending on the needs of the school and individual learners.
