TeacherActive is working closely with a welcoming secondary school in Bath that is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to support students across its mainstream provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and wants to make a genuine difference to their experience in school. You will primarily work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups within mainstream lessons, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence and become increasingly independent in their learning. We are interested in hearing from experienced LSAs and Teaching Assistants, but would also welcome applications from graduates and candidates with strong transferable experience supporting children or young people.
