This is an opportunity to join the business at an early stage, take ownership of technical delivery and play an important role in shaping the team as it develops. The Company Our client is an MEP design business established alongside an existing, successful company. They work predominantly with major MEP subcontractors in London and across the UK, providing Stage 3 and technical MEP design services across commercial and data centre projects. The business has been intentionally kept lean during its initial growth phase, with the focus on developing a strong client base, delivering high quality technical work and building the team around the right people. The Opportunity They are now looking to appoint an experienced MEP Technical Lead to take responsibility for the technical side of the business and oversee project delivery. The directors bring strong commercial and industry experience, and this appointment is intended to complement those strengths with an experienced engineer capable of leading projects, making technical decisions and setting the standard for future delivery.
