?? The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEND professionals to support pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they can fully engage in learning and school life.
Your responsibilities will include:? Providing 1:1 and small group support? Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and SEMH? Helping to implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans? Encouraging pupil confidence, independence and social development? Assisting with classroom activities and interventions? Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils, staff and parents? Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
