Business Account Executive Location: Welwyn Garden City Department: Products & Services Job Type: Full Time, Monday to Friday -9.00 am – 5.00pm, min 1 day from home after training. Hourly rate: £15.38 Contract: Till May 2027 SMT Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Account Executive to join a well-established organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service, account support or administration professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems and working within a busy commercial environment. This is a varied and pivotal role where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, trainers and internal teams, while providing essential support to Account Managers and the wider service delivery team. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers. The Role As Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of services to customers while developing strong and trusted relationships with clients.
