SOUS CHEF – BRIX LDN

BRIX LDN is looking for an experienced, ambitious and highly organised Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at our large restaurant, bar and events venue in the heart of Bankside, London Bridge.

BRIX is much more than a traditional restaurant. We operate a 120-cover restaurant alongside a high-volume events business, delivering everything from busy restaurant services and weekend brunches to corporate events, private dining, weddings, live events, club nights and celebrity after-parties.

We therefore need a Sous Chef who is comfortable working at volume, can adapt quickly and understands the importance of consistency, organisation and strong kitchen leadership.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the BRIX kitchen.

You will help lead the kitchen team, maintain standards, control service and ensure that food leaving the kitchen is consistently of a high standard — whether we are serving the restaurant or catering for a large-scale event.

You will be expected to take control of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and have the confidence and experience to lead a busy service.
