Talentmark is partnering withan established pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Operations Manager to join its senior quality leadership team.

This is a key role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment where youll be responsible for leading quality and sterility assurance activities and ensuring the highest standards of GMP compliance and patient safety.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Quality youll lead a skilled quality function and play a key role in driving quality excellence across the manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead quality and sterility assurance activities across the site.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Managing investigations CAPAs change control and quality risk management.
• Driving continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
• Developing and mentoring colleagues.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders regulators and wider quality teams.

Your Background:

An experienced Quality leader with a strong background in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Essential:

• Degree in Pharmacy or a relevant science discipline
• Project management experience within aseptic processing compounding or sterile manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements and quality systems.
• Proven project leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience managing investigations CAPAs change control and risk management.
• Experience of process improvement projects or change implementation.
