You'll supervise and direct our multi-trade Electricians and sub-contractors to deliver a customer focused, compliant service, working across both responsive and void properties.

What you'll do
• Leading our trades team to deliver a right first time, whole job repairs and maintenance approach which is compliant and of high-quality.
• Ensuring all?works (including installations, repairing and servicing) are completed to the highest standards, working within budget, KPI's and service standards.
• Managing health and safety, ensuring we comply with regulatory, health and safety standards.
• Successfully managing internal teams and sub-contractors in delivering on our customer promise.
