Job Title: Chef Location: Thatcham Salary: £14.24 inc Hol Pay Working hours are 11.00am-7.30pm . Monday to friday Candidate MUST have a valid DBS. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team in Thatcham . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cooking and as a Chef , ensuring that all food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of meals, including basic cooking tasks, assembling sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Cooking: Perform cooking duties as required, ensuring that food is cooked to the correct temperature, taste, and presentation standards. Kitchen Assistance: Support the kitchen team by assisting with food prep, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring all cooking utensils and equipment are properly sanitized and stored. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas, including washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.
