As their Marketplace continues to expand, they are looking for a New Business Onboarding Executive to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about e-commerce, online marketplaces and delivering an exceptional seller experience. You'll play a key role in bringing new sellers onto the Marketplace, supporting them through the onboarding journey and helping them establish a strong foundation for long-term success. Working closely with the New Business Lead, Seller Account Management team and wider internal departments, you'll become an important point of contact for new sellers, guiding them through systems, product listings, compliance, processes and marketplace best practice. What You'll Be Doing Guide new sellers through the Marketplace onboarding process, including systems, tools, policies and operational requirements. Work alongside the New Business Lead to conduct seller vetting and in-house compliance checks.
