CNC Turner Programmer

CNC PROGRAMMER TURNER We are recruiting for an experienced CNC ( Programmer , Setter , Operator ) to work for our client who are located in Bradford, West Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A CNC PROGRAMMER: * To safely set up, program and operate CNC Machines whilst adhering to all safety policies and procedures * Ensure equipment/ machinery is running smoothly, efficiently and to optimum requirements * Maintain a clean, neat and organised work area * Good understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles * Compliance with all quality policies and specifications, and instructions * Use of gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements of finished goods * Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS OF A CNC PROGRAMMER: * Fully trained in operation of CNC/ Manual Lathes/ Milling Machines and other * Ability to read/ interpret engineering drawings. * Online programming and editing essential (Fanuc, Siemens & XYZ controls) THE HOURS FOR A CNC PROGRAMMER: You will work a day shift - Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm / Early finish on Fridays THE PAY FOR A CNC PROGRAMMER: You will earn an hourly rate of between ££17/18 depending on experience Questech Recruitment is a specialist engineering support within the Mechanical & Engineering industry, our focus is to support many clients within the M&E Sectors...
