The Job Coach Role Right2Work is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Job Coach to join our Supported Internship team based in Carlisle and surrounding areas across Cumberland, therefore a driving license and car is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to support young adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism who have an EHCP- Educational Health and Care Plan, supporting to identify suitable work placements. We deliver a Supported Internship programme helping learners to progress with their independence and look at paid role opportunities, following conversations from current employers and potential employers. The role will begin with a classroom-based focus for the first 6 weeks, supporting learners to develop employability skills and prepare for the workplace.
