Building Surveyor

A lot of graduate surveyors spend their first two years on one kind of job. This is the other option: a Lancashire consultancy where you'll see condition surveys, defect investigations, design, contract administration and procurement in the same year, working in a team that has time to explain why things are done the way they are. You'll be given real responsibility early, with experienced surveyors beside you, and a clear route towards chartership.
