People Partner Fixed Term Contract - 12 months maternity cover - November start date Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working £50,000 per annum 26 days holiday + BH Healthcare cash plan Our client, a dynamic leader in the software and technology sector, is seeking a People Business Partner to provide HR support across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Please note this is a stand alone role Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation. Operational HR: Handle daily HR tasks, including absence monitoring, payroll queries and maintaining HR records. Policy Development: Develop, implement and regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation. Employee Relations : Provide counsel to people leaders on employee relations issues, guiding them through grievance, discipline, and performance review processes. Drive Change: Influence and drive change throughout the business, continually enhancing the workplace culture. People Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching people strategy, including designing and implementing reward schemes and enhancing benefits.
