NEW In House Middle East: 2026. Fintech mid to senior needed for this massive company; multiple Global offices. You may be local to the Region or relocating, but you will be at least 6+ PQE and ready for a legal director role. This company is based throughout the Globe and the ME. You will advise on the legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects of financial technology across the whole GCC. The role requires strong familiarity with regional regulators, cross‑border structuring, and the evolving compliance landscape for innovative financial products. Also, digital payments, virtual assets and blockchain and commercial contracting. This company has Global clients; some that are based in the region, but also some that are opening offices in the Region and need assistance. This is a growing Global company, which has had several fabulous years and has responded with some serious Global hires across the board - some with Ellis- Wake; especially in projects, corporate, also several major finance projects. The work flowing and thus clients is first rate. This is a mid - senior Fintech legal director role and ideally you will be a UK or Common Law lawyer lawyer with solid City experience .. you must be able to hit the ground running.
