Clinical Lead Nurse Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire Salary: £50,000 Hours: Full Time Position: Permanent Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into a clinical leadership role? We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home, supporting the Home Manager and nursing team to deliver consistently high standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN who enjoys being hands-on clinically but is also confident supporting, mentoring and leading other nurses and care staff. The Role As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in the day-to-day clinical running of the home. You will support the nursing team, oversee clinical practice and help ensure residents receive safe, individualised and compassionate care.
