• Guest Experience and Service
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised, and professional service.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and make informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and confidently explain drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with hotel guests and returning customers.

  Bar Operations

  • Prepare classic cocktails and contribute creative ideas for seasonal drinks and signature serves.
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared accurately, consistently, and in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area throughout service.
