Finance Manager – Part-Time Hours: 3 days per week (flexible days and hours) Salary: £50k - £55k pro rata Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, Bupa cash plan, Private medical care (after a six month period), birthday off and team socials. Our exclusive client based locally in Harrogate are recruiting for a part time Finance Manager to join their well established company and team. The candidate will be organised, proactive and oversee the day-to-day finance operation. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth and timely management of the practice's finances. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing and issuing client invoices via Xero and other client portals. * Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments. * Processing and paying supplier and consultant invoices. * Requesting and managing purchase orders as required. * Preparing and monitoring practice budgets and expenditure. * Providing regular financial forecasts and cash flow projections to support effective business planning. * Monitoring practice expenditure and identifying potential variances against budgets. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. * Assisting with cash flow management and bi-weekly financial reporting to MD. * Processing employee expenses in line with Expenses Policy. * Liaising with clients, suppliers, consultants and the p...
