Fabric Engineer Smethwick £35,000 Brief Fabric Engineer needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Smethwick who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Fabric Engineer that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate would need to have a recognised apprenticeship in relevant engineering discipline to City & Guilds level, along with previously worked within a maintenance environment. My client is looking for someone with good knowledge and understanding of a range of complex fabric systems including but not limited to fire doors, passive fire protection, drainage systems, cladding and roof systems, general joinery repairs.
