This food manufacturer is strengthening its management team and needs an experienced Shift Manager who knows how to get the basics working properly. Someone who’s visible on the floor. Gives clear direction. Has the awkward conversation when it’s needed. And makes sure things get followed through. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead through a team of managers and line leaders, helping them become more confident and consistent in how they run their areas. You’ll have responsibility for staffing, production performance, waste, costs and standards. There are systems to use and figures to understand, but you’ll need to spend time with the people behind those numbers. There’s something in it for you, too. The business is investing in the operation, with further expansion planned. You’ll have room to improve how things run and develop your own career.
