Hospitality Manager Location: Aylesbury Salary: Competitive & DOE An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume hospitality operation with an established reputation for quality, service and customer experience. With responsibility for a restaurant serving up to 290 covers and a team of approximately 50 employees, this is a significant leadership position offering the opportunity to influence standards, performance and the overall direction of the operation. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider management team, the successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards across service delivery, operational performance and team engagement. This role is ideally suited to an accomplished Restaurant Manager who has a proven record of delivering results within a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in creating well-run, high-performing operations.
