Commercial Manager

We’re working with one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 contracting groups, with an established reputation for delivering some of the country’s most high-profile and complex infrastructure schemes. Having recently secured a long-term framework to deliver and maintain critical clean and wastewater infrastructure across South Wales, they have a strong and secure pipeline of work, with significant project opportunities forecast for at least the next five years. As Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial performance across every call-off contract on the Welsh Water Framework. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you'll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Senior QSs, set the commercial standard across a varied portfolio of projects, and advise delivery teams on risk and value.
