Bentham Golf Course and 1922 Bar & Kitchen is looking for a new catering team to take over their kitchen and catering operations from the beginning of 2027 onwards.

Bentham Golf Course has seen a large increase in traffic in recent years with the golf course being over twice as busy as previous years. One of the main drivers of this has been an increase in the number of stay and play packages. Where groups up to 30 people come and rent accommodation and play golf over a number of days. In these cases we would usually cater breakfast and dinner, in some cases lunch also. Alongside this we have a larger number of societies that visit on one day to just play course and have food before and/or after the round.

The clubhouse is also known under the brand 1922 Bar & Kitchen benefits from being only 5/10 minutes walk from the centre of Bentham and having a large terrace able to accommodate over 100 people. It is open to everyone and has started building a steady trade of coffee customers. During the winter months we host a number of functions from AGMs to birthday parties. This again is something that could be expanded with the addition of theme nights etc.

We are looking at investing in and updating our existing furniture within the clubhouse so then we have a more flexible arrangement and helps brings everything together in terms of design.
