Floor Supervisor 35k to 42k OTE 40 - 45hr Contract
Brook House is a privately owned two Rosette gastropub on the New King's Road with a reputation for exceptional food. We are one of two sites led by an owner who has been a pioneer of the gastropub scene in the area and who has 40 years experience in the industry. We opened Brook House's doors in a beautiful brasserie style space on the Fulham/Chelsea border in 2019 and our sister pub the Brook & Badger opened its doors on the nearby Munster Road in December 2025. A further sibling is planned by our owner for 2027.
We are looking for a floor leader who sees hospitality as being a bit like a live performance with no script: every table is different, every service unfolds uniquely and the best managers notice what is about to matter.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Shape the guest experience from the first welcome to the final goodbye with genuine warmth, confidence and a natural attention to detail.
- Lead each shift with confidence, directing the team intuitively as the service evolves.
- Coach in the moment, raising confidence and standards while giving your team the space to develop on their own.
- Handle problems with sensitivity and intelligence, turning difficult moments into opportunities to improve the guest experience.
