What youll be doing
- Creating high-quality cakes pastries breads and desserts
- Delivering pastry across fine dining hospitality and retail offers
- Decorating and presenting products to a high standard
- Supporting seasonal menu development and innovation
- Managing stock levels and pastry equipment
- Following food safety allergen and health and safety standards
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team
- Helping inspire excellent standards and creativity
