Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team.

Are you compassionate, dedicated, and looking to make a real difference in the life of young people? We are seeking Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care to children who need social support or community access.

About the Role:

As a member of one of our care teams, you will support young boys and girls with Learning Difficulties, ADHD, Complex Care Needs or Autism in their family home or out in the community. Support will be 1:1 or 2:1.

Current shift patterns:

Term Time Day Shifts - mainly weekends Saturdays and/or Sundays. Some children will require support during Monday to Friday.

Non Term Time Day Shifts - can be scheduled on fixed or flexible days of the week between Monday and Sunday.

Start and finish times may also be flexible. Shifts are usually 4 to 8 hours long.

Your role is to provide safe, high quality, and compassionate care. Duties include (tasks may vary depending on the needs of the Person We Support):
