As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the preparation, execution and presentation of exceptional desserts, ensuring every dish meets our renowned standards. You will take ownership of your section, contributing to the creation of innovative pastries that uphold the Nobu legacy. With your expertise and creativity, you will help inspire and mentor junior team members while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.
