Deputy General Manager

Deputy General Manager required for a foodie Rosette level Gastro pub in driving distance of Windsor, this is a fresh food gastro pub, serving amazing ingredients and a gastro pub style of service. They are very guest-focused at this place, very good food and drink offering. Deputy manager £45k package (which includes trunc). They are looking for a rosette background.

The role
As a Deputy General Manager you will manage the pub on a day to day basis with the General Manager. You will ensure the foodie rosette level gastro restaurant and pub is ready for opening and that everything runs smoothly. The main focus is that the guest experience is fantastic and the food and drink offering is amazing. This role will include all the standard Deputy General Manager duties

Experience
We are looking for a Deputy General Manager who has a passion for great food and drink, you must have a passion for ingredients and food. You must also have great customer care skills and great at creating good customer experience.
