Liverpool, Manchester and new openings | £40,000 to £45,000 + bonus (OTE £49,000+) | Full time

We're an independent, growing hospitality group with a portfolio of brands across the North West and a pipeline of new openings across the UK. Every site is run as its own business, and we're looking for General Managers ready to take full charge of one.

This is a role for a leader who owns the whole operation: bar, kitchen, floor and events, the team, the guest experience and the numbers. You'll be the strong presence at the helm, taking full accountability and pushing your site to be the best it can be.

Leadership and accountability: You'll own the site, its results and its standards. You'll lead from the front, set the tone every shift and won't wait to be told.

People: You'll recruit, train and develop front and back of house as one team. You'll coach on shift, manage performance, plan properly for busy periods and build a team that wants to stay and grow with us.

Customer experience: You'll be on the floor, visible and leading service. Every touchpoint that affects the guest is yours, from the welcome and service to the food, drinks, cleanliness and atmosphere. You'll read every review and act on it.

Local trade: You'll build a loyal local following and grow sales through bookings, events and functions.
