Visiting Care Professionals (domiciliary care)

We’re looking for a Care Professionals to join our brilliant team in Milton Keynes , providing quality visiting care to people in their own homes. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives — with enough time to truly go the extra mile. We offer flexible contracts & guaranteed hours , paid mileage, and real career progression — including funded diplomas and Team Leader roles we fill exclusively from within. What Will You Do? • Provide companionship and genuine, meaningful conversation • Help with daily household tasks and activities • Carry out light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing • Assist with meal preparation and cooking • Run errands such as grocery shopping or collecting prescriptions • Support with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming (if required) • Monitor medication schedules and remind clients when needed (if required) • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required) Who Are You? • A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion • 12 months+ experience in a care or social care setting • An excellent communicator with great people skills • Organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively • Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations • Physically able to support clients with household and personal care tasks • A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work • Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us) What Do We Offer? • Full time, part time, flexible - days, evenings and weekends (alternate) • Competitive pay £14 - £18phr — ask us for details • Paid DBS, paid mileage, holiday pay and fully paid training • Supportive, professional management that trusts your common sense • Ongoing personal and professional development with funded diplomas • Career progression — Team Leader roles recruited from within only • Long-stay bonus and referral bonus scheme • Paid volunteer days • Employee discounts including Blue Light Card Want a role where you’ll genuinely matter to the people you support — and a company that genuinely invests in you?
