The Role...

At Soho House, the Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. You will manage check-ins, bookings, and inquiries while providing exceptional service to support the smooth daily operation of the health club.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced wellness and fitness environment.
