We're looking for a Sous Chef to join us at Lewtrenchard Manor, helping us deliver exceptional dining experiences while building a rewarding hospitality career.

About This Role

As our Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading our kitchen and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll support the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, lead the team during service and help maintain consistently high standards.

You'll be involved in preparing and cooking dishes, contributing to menu development and supporting stock control, ordering and waste reduction. You'll also help junior colleagues develop their skills and ensure food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed throughout the kitchen.

Whether you're cooking, coaching the team or stepping up to lead in the Head Chef's absence, you'll be someone others look to for guidance, support and professionalism.
