We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a menu that brings together creative dishes and proper pub favourites, all built around quality British produce.
The kitchen is at the heart of the pub, with food that has earned the property a strong reputation and a loyal following.
This is a pub with plenty of character and a lovely atmosphere – somewhere that works just as well for a relaxed lunch after a walk across the heath as it does for a proper dinner, Sunday lunch or a special occasion. There are beautiful spaces throughout the pub and garden, giving the team a varied service and plenty to get stuck into.
