We are now investing in the next stage of our growth within Transport & Logistics Professional Recruitment and are looking for an ambitious Business Director to lead the expansion of our permanent recruitment offering within this specialist market.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a developing sector, build on the strength of Blue Arrow's established and high-profile temporary staffing logistics business, and create a market-leading permanent recruitment proposition.

The Opportunity
\n
This is a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role.
\n
You will be responsible for:
\n
- \n
- Personally, billing and delivering permanent recruitment revenue \n
- Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships \n
- Building and promoting a network of high-quality Transport & Logistics professionals \n
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of two Recruitment Consultants \n
- Driving sales activity across both new and existing Blue Arrow clients \n
- Creating and executing a growth strategy for the Transport & Logistics professional recruitment sector \n
- Working collaboratively with our national branch network and logistics teams to maximise opportunities \n

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a commercially driven recruitment leader who:

- Has a successful background in recruitment \n
- Has experience managing and developing recruitment consultants \n
- Ideally has experience within Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, \n
\n
