Sous Chef

La Trompette - is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chiswick, West London. We pride ourselves on using great ingredients, combining classic cooking techniques with modern methods to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. The Sous Chef works closely with the Head Chef to uphold the restaurant's high standards both for food preparation and presentation and support the daily management of the kitchen brigade. This role requires an uncompromising dedication to quality along with great people management skills as the sous chef deputises for the head chef in his absence. Due to the small size of our brigade the sous chef must be able to function in all sections of the kitchen to train junior staff and run a section should the staffing require it.
